1. Liquid Diet
Water help to remove toxins from our body. Herbal Tea ,Soup, juice of Fruits and Vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals.These contain about 10 percent of water which glow your skin.We should drink 2 litres of water everyday.
For glowing skin we should eat more green salad.These contain beta carotene , Vitamin C and vitamin E which are important antioxidants for our skin. Avocado contains vitamin E and cucumber contain many nutrients with very low carbohydrates which helps to maintain your body fat.

So it is very important to include good amount of protein in our diet not for only glowing skin but for healthy body.
For vegetarians you can eat cheese, lentils ,Soya Beans, soya products like soya chunks, tofu and soya milk.
For Non Vegetarians you can eat white meat, Fish(Protein in yellowfin tuna: 25 g per 3-oz. serving), Eggs, Chicken Brest.
Seed fruits like papaya, watermelon, litchi are very good for skin. These fruits contain antioxidants which protect cells from damage. These fruit provide vital nutrients to body. Fruits are rich in vitamins and low in fat.So you can manage your body weight too.
5. Vitamin C & E
Vitamin C improve flexibility and collagen of skin. It should be included in our daily diet. Vitamin C found in lemon, amla, orange, sprouts, green chilli.
Vitamin E keeps skin moisturize and glowing. It is found in seafood, avocado, dry fruits, cod liver.
