Homemade Peanut Butter

Peanut butter is very good source of protein and good oil .But in market we get peanut butter with preservatives that is not good if you are going to Gym.It aslo contain Extra artificial sweeteners agent.Here is Homemade Peanut butter recipe so you can get butter from peanut.

Ingredients

1. Roasted peanuts 400 g

2.Honey 2 big spoons

3.Table Salt Taste according

How to make

Ground roasted peanuts with water until we get semisolid paste.Now add honey and salt and bland it until everything mix.Keep the mixture in air tight container in refrigerator.so it can be used for many days.
